About Me
I have a thriving interest in helping people reach their healing goals. I received my training at and graduated from Colorado School of the Healing Arts in 2017. My goal is to tailor each massage session to my client's needs and requests; personalizing the experience for every individual. My approach to body work is integrating multiple modalities to promote pain and tension relief followed by deep relaxation.
I am experienced in Swedish, deep tissue, neuromuscular, myofascial, trigger point, sports & prenatal. Also, I am skilled in providing assistance in the treatment of:
